Service Description

Learn to cultivate a mindful meditation practice from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. In this 60 minute meditation session, you will learn mindful meditation techniques derived from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program through the form of guided meditation exercises and inquiry discussion to enhance your awareness and effectiveness with the practices. These sessions are delivered through the free online conferencing program Zoom or over the phone. Sessions can be individually tailored to meet your specific needs. These sessions are an excellent fit for you if: -You live a very busy lifestyle and cannot fit in going to an in-person class -You want to save time from commuting back and forth from a class -You would prefer early morning or late evening sessions to meet your schedule -You experience social anxiety and feel uncomfortable attending an in-person class -You feeling overwhelmed by the demands of your life -You are seeking accountability and support in developing your meditation practice -Your health condition prevents you from attending an in-person class Mindfulness is shown to help with: -Stress -Anxiety -Depression -Chronic pain -Insomnia -Focus/Attention -Productivity -Headaches -Hypertension -Grief Note: If the session time you select is not available to the instructor, you will receive an e-mail about rescheduling at a mutually available time.
